jo dann kann ich gleich mal comments loslassen:
der synth1 ist wirklich saugut, mit schönen druckvollen sounds und recht gut zu bedienen.
vom juno war ich leider ein wenig enttäuscht, man merkt doch das es sich noch um eine beta version handelt.
ein teil der presents war namentlich erwähnt, gab aber beim spielen keine ton von sich, für die die alle sounds selber basteln bestimmt ne möglichkeit, aber für die die presents weiterbearbeiten wäre meine empfehlung weiter abwarten

kann ich leider erst heute abend testen.. ist aber genau das, wonach ich suchte: ein kleines schnelles piano plugin zum live-klimpern, welches vielleicht sogar noch ganz gut klingt. gibt auch ein e-piano plug von denne auf der seite.
fazit: das einzigste free-piano, was ich in der art gefunden habe. bin gespannt!

pippo is a unique synth based on an array of self-oscillating delay units controlled via a very simple interface. the resulting sounds vary from toy piano to plucked strings, and even some bell-like tones.

hier mal der link zum soundkeys "cellofan", eine cello emulation die ich schon in unzähligen hiphop produktionen eingestzt habe. eben ein brot und butter sound, aber sehr gut. es gibt dort auch noch eine akustik bass emulation. beides vst:

Features: monophon, 4 oscis mit verschiedenen syntheseformen (wave, formant, bowed & plucked string, noise, voice), pitch&filter-optionen, overdrive und 4 delay-channels sowie der möglichkeit, den sound zu 'morphen' mittels einer konfigurierbaren matrix. sehr grosse gui irritert, dafür aber ist das ding als bass-synth prädestiniert.

apropos radio synth:
man sollte unbedingt erwähnen, dass man den kanal am besten erst muted und dann in minimalsten schritten hochzieht. habe dieses nicht gemacht und fast ohrenbluten bekommen.... *grrr*

Beschreibung:
Texture offers an amazingly wide range of...well...textures. Smooth, odd digital ambiences, metallic rings, synthetic percussion, brutally distorted sounds, classic virtual analog sounds, and even some physical modeling type tones are all possible with this unique synth.
The heart of Texture is its special band pass filter that offers great variety and depth of tone.

ReZ is a pretty basic synth. It?s monophonic and has the typical analog synth controls and features. What makes Rez special is its filter. It?s made from multiple chained filters acting as a single big filter. its very resonant and it tops off just barely before self oscillation. This allows you to easily play with the cutoff at extreme resonance levels without running the risk of blowing your speakers (and your ears) out.

Motion:The basic idea behind this synth, as it's name suggests, is to offer a wide variety of ways to create automated motion of the synth's sound. This is achieved by the use of 4 envelopes, 8 LFOs, three 16 step CV sequencers, and a filtered delay module...all of which can sync to your host's midi clock.

Motion's tone is kind of odd. I feel it's somewhere between analog, digital, and perhaps C64.

String Theory is a flexible, delay based, physical modeling synth which is capable of a very wide range of plucked strings, atmospheric pads and ambiences, and unique hybrid synth sounds.
Experimentation is encourraged as it will likely lead you to sounds you may not have expected this synth to make.
String Theory also offers dual phrase arpeggiators. Each arp has its own speed, gate, and octave controls; which allows for far more complex patterns than the average arp and can also help better simulate guitar finger picking.
Zusammenfassung: Die Synths waren mal auf einer der letzten Keys CD, alle Synths haben einen tollen Klang und ein geniales ausergewöhnliches Design.
Besonders ist der Motion mit seinen tollen Sequenzen hervorzuheben sowie der String Theory mit einem ziemlich guten String Klang.
Probiert mal den String mit einer Gitarren Amp Simulation.
Alles Freeware.
