A voyage into the world of DJ Jus-Ed reveals an adventurous, energetic and spiritual style of playing quality house music. Since reappearing on the scene in 2001 after a brief retirement, DJ Jus-Ed's underground smooth sets have captured & educated audiences all the way from his home base in Connecticut to Miami's South Beach, holding it down on two fronts with a weekly residency in New Haven, CT at Diesel Lounge and a bi-monthly residency at Halcyon "Underground Radio" in Brooklyn, NY. The "Underground Radio" show which was also featured on groovetech.com, started out as a fall slot and a year later has featured the likes of well-known producers/DJ's such as, DJ Romain, DJ Dimension & William Rosario (MegaMen Sounds) Lord G, Henry Maldonado, Kevin James (M-BreakRecordings) and DJ Afro (Los Amigos Invisibles).
DJ Jus-Ed 's exposure to a wide range of experiences shapes his unique musical viewpoint. At the tender age of six he was backing up his grandparents in a Jazz duo "Tomi & Eddy" touring from the East to West coast as a drummer, later attending the University of Bridgeport at age 10 to study percussion instruments. Other musical influences included James Brown , Buddy Rich and later Chicago, 3 Dog Night and Luther Vandross. In the early eighties faithfully tuning in to WBLS with Frankie Crocker, Jus-Ed also embarked on his professional dj career in 1982 starting out playing the music of the times, freestyle, house, and R&B but retiring in 1985.
Upon his return in 2001, Dj Jus-Ed teamed up with DJ Vic Money (98.7 Kiss FM ), to create the "Underground Quality " signature under which they began producing parties at venues such as, Ludlow Bar and Smithfields in the Lower East Side NY. Since those beginnings, Jus-Ed has been a featured guest at the long-running "Together in Spirit ", and at M-Break recordings label showcase event. He has also played on the radio on WNHU 88.7FM CT, downshiftradio.com on the Deep soulful house +" show and recently was showcased through his famous mixed cds on the DJ True show on WHCR 90.3FM in New York . DJ Jus-Ed is currently producing his own event entitled "Kazulo" a loft-style multi-cultural dance party in New York and is awaiting release of his hot single "Sex Rain" which is generating an underground buzz. We can also expect a full-length player featuring his unique brand of dance grooves coined "Carnival House" in Feb 2004. On MegaMens Sounds "BPT. Calypso" produced by DJ jus-Ed.

Federico Molinari wurde 1978 in Buenos Aires, Agentinien geboren.
Beeinflusst von der elektronischen Musikszene der Stadt, begann Federico schon sehr früh selbst aktiv zu werden. Schnell wurden die Clubbetreiber der Stadt auf den jungen Argentinier aufmerksam. Seine Sets , die durch minimalistische Housegrooves und durch perkussive Beats geprägt sind, brachten die Menge in den Clubs zum toben. Es dauerte nicht lange bis er nicht nur von solch legendären Clubs , wie dem Pacha in Buenos Aires gebucht wurde, sondern sich auch auf dem internationalen Spielfeld der Clubszene bewegte. In der guten Begleitung von wohlbekannten Größen wie Ricardo Villalobos, Carl Cox, Luciano, Tiefschwarz, Isolee etc konnte man ihn auch außerhalb Argentiniens in Städten wie London , Zürich, Istambul, Ibiza oder Santiago de Composte hören.
In Deutschland gründete er mit Freunden den Zoo Club in Mannheim . Seit 2004 ist Frankfurt seine Wahlheimat , er arbeitet in dem uns allen gutbekannten Freebase Records Plattenladen und ist regelmäßiger Gast in den Frankfurter Locations Monza und Robert Johnson .
Im Moment ist Federico im Studio anzutreffen und man darf auf die ersten Veröffentlichungen gespannt sein.
Im April kann man ihn einmal mehr in Mannheim bestaunen, denn er ist eines der neuen Gesichter der Time Warp.

Gene Hunt's first release was on the infamous TRAX imprint and he swiftly followed it up with a string of tracks that were personified by a strong influence from Detroit. A Chicago house music pioneer, and World Class deejay, Gene has collaborated with a range of critically-acclaimed artists and producers, including Adam Beyer, Cari Lekebusch, Carl Cox, Paul Johnson, Farley Jackmaster Funk, Frankie Knuckles, and Ron Hardy. Juergen Junker with an exclusively mix in houselounge.
Being born in the mid 70's in beautiful Heidelberg, Germany, Juergen grew up there with his younger sister, parents, and his beloved grandmother. From an early age on, his family encouraged him musically, and it didn't take long before he picked up his first instrument. It should take him a while though to find the right one, because he always felt there was something lacking in the way the instruments were taught, probably down to the kind of music the teachers preferred.
In his early teenage years, he got into the emerging hip hop sound from the US, which probably showed him for the first time, what a powerful and emotional medium music could be.
This was then shortly after intensified by the upcoming drum n' bass and house sounds of the early nineties in infamous locations like the milk club in Mannheim, the warehouse style house parties of the area, and the clubs that were opening up across Germany.
In this period, laying the foundations for later musical productions, he got into the "dj thing" with his soul mate (you know who you are?), which would give guidance, support and friendship for the years to come.
After getting into the local dj circuit and manifesting his passion for the decks, he had to leave his hometown, and went on to take over a considerable part of the musical organisation in his school away from Heidelberg.
This is where he met other artists, who were on a similar path than him.
After 4 years, finally back in his hometown, he decided to move on, and related to his sound engineering studies, he relocated with his lady to London in 1998, where he would soon start to release his first productions, and develop his production skills.
Then finally in 2001, he launched Neurhythmics Recordings, and continues to pursue this project in combination with his work for one of London's finest record shops, Smallfish Records, and his DJ and Live gigs.
His style depends on venue and crowd, and generally fuses disco, house, his own edits and tracks, with a healthy dose of Chicago's jack.

Dub KULT is one of the few DJs and producers out there who has an instinctive feel for rocking a dance-floor while also having both something to say and the skills with which to express himself. Live and on record, he plays techno and house sometimes deep, sometimes hard but always infused with some kind of off-kilter alien funk. He doesn't just do looping bangers, and he doesn't get lost in self-indulgence, but he does produce superbly funky, danceable yet lush music that has both attitude and soul.
A special insight into party music that's great for your soul and your head sets dub KULT apart from most producers and this has made him one of those artists the techno scene relies on for peaktime sounds. His records get props from everyone from Steve Bug and Richard Grey to Ricardo Villalobos and Andy Weatherall, even Sven Vath. He's recently put out tunes through Warp's off shoot, Arcola, influential German label Raum...Musik, plus he's already done the soundtrack for Channel 4's Burning Man film, the Tomorrow's World Live show, as well as for legendary fetish fashion show, The Torture Garden. Most recently, he's been added to the roster of Glasgow's Soma label and legendary Colongne label Traum.
Kult, the infamous club night Dub runs with the Kult collective, has run since 1997, shaking the floor from everywhere from the ICA to dodgy Dalston warehouses and swank West London clubs. Guests have included Nathan Coles, Tyler T-Bone Stadius, Richard Grey, Cylob, Evil Eddie Richards and Brit underground legend Tom Churchill.
dub KULT doesn't serve up an arid musical mono-culture, but a rich mix. The diversity of his music is a reflection of his background half-Indian, half-English, part-time member of both the cool crowd and the geek gaggle, neither definitively house nor techno. The music he makes is for both the head and the body. Even tunes that seem made for those moments when you're lost on the dance-floor always have some latent, brooding meaning an intention. Like few DJs of his generation, Dub understands that at the centre of clubbing madness lies a still, reflective core.
ub KULT is a man whose whole career has been dedicated to the un-ending call-and-response of rhythm, this time expressed in electronic music.

christian *c-rock* rindermann, born 1972 (frankfurt, germany), first dj-gig 1989, first release 1994 (on ladomat/playhouse). one of the heads of the new german house movement along names like ata macias (playhouse/robert johnson), yannick (needs not wants) and dixon (sonar kollektiv). founder and editor of germany's first house-underground-magazine "SiZE!" (together with dj yannick).
from 1994 to 1997 c-rock was the man behind a couple legendary events (together with ricardo villalobos) and clubnights with guests like chez damier, dan curtin, david alvarado, john acquaviva, carl craig and many more. a residency at frankfurt's box (former xs-club) started in 1999 and a monthly residency at club monza followed in 2000.
summer 2004 marked the start of c-rock's *going deeper* clubnight every friday at cocoonclub frankfurt. *going deeper* stands for a broad selection of housemusic, disco, classics and contemporary techno and house productions with guests like chez damier, charles webster, markus enochson, king britt, jef/k, vincenzo and many more.
running labels are stir15 recordings (deephouse), lofi stereo (electronic & minimal) and release music (chicagohouse oldskool influenced). side-projects include the management of the music network mad-net and the technical-conception for the red bull music academy. a development-collaboration with ecler audio barcelona brought up the effect-mixer nuo5 and the first real midi dj-mixer nuo4.
his productions and dj-sets are influenced by the early work of curtis mantronik, kraftwerk as well as chicago-house and the strong european electronic body movement. deephouse always has been a major influence as well as all kinds of jazz and dub productions.
c-rock's debut album track & feel (stir15-dlp1/cd1, 1998 is still classified as one of the milestones of the new school of german housemusic and has been voted up to position #8 in the spex "best-of-1998-charts". collaborations with needs (aka boobjazz), ricardo villalobos, luciano & pier bucci, sven vaeth, clair dietrich, chris duckenfield, glance & chris gray, russ gabriel, richard davis, swayzak, richard davis and many more. his dj-career took him to clubs around the globe in cities like santiago de chile, barcelona, zurich, chicago, sao paolo, lisabon, capetown and many more.
latest works include remixes for phonique & erlend oye, abdullah ibrahim and blaze. besides his solo-projects and remixes c-rock also teams up with neville attree under the name of "further" and with matthias vogt for their "motorcitysoul" project.
motorcitysoul just released the chez damier co-production "kids in the streets" on stir15 recordings (09/2005).
