Your faithful Dilek Team is invading Cologne this Friday 20th of May and joins its forces with the famous Electronic Love events, to offer you something out of the ordinary! This time, you’ll have the chance to experience a multicultural line-up who will make you discover a universe full of strong sounds and hot atmosphere from South America, mixed with the touch of the local Electronic Love Chef.
The leading act of this journey will be Franco Bianco who is finally back in Cologne after having toured all over the world from Tokyo to New York, passing by Beirut, Santo Domingo and Zurich between many other exotic destinations! This successful Argentinean producer will be presenting you his last tricks and bewitching sounds with his passionate, generous and uninhibited performance. He’s well known for having no musical boundaries and easily leading you to mysterious places. His current project is a remix album of nonetheless then Uruguayan singer and songwriter, named Jorge Drexler who also won an Oscar for the music of the movie: The Motorcycle Diaries. Now, you really don’t want to miss this unique opportunity to enjoy his set during this particular night. This famous artist will make you remember why you’ve chosen to come to this party and dance all the way till the sun comes up!
Dub Dummies who recently released an EP on Jesper Dahlback’s label ISL, will show us what they’re capable of after having had arrived from Buenos Aires just the day before, with their newest powerful Techno and Tech House productions. In Argentina they are very famous for their party and audiovisual music label Sweet Noise. This surprising duo also made remixes for labels like, Globox, Zibern and Rationalism. During 2010, Mr.Castelo represented Dub Dummies in Europe, playing in Berlin, at the Arena Club, Rekorder, Midsommar Festival in Lucerne, Switzerland as well as some shows around Poland.
Rodrigo Rivera who after a career of ten years as a DJ released his first track on Mindtrip Music in 2007 is also on board of this insane and nasty party night. In 2009, he created the audiovisual label Sweet Noise, together with Dub Dummies and Kudach. This label is an artistic movement that gathers many disciplines such as music, graphic design, video art, photography and others. The following year was full of important experiences for Rodrigo, such as a worldwide tour with gigs in Argentina and some European cities like Berlin, Barcelona, Lucerne and Wroclaw in some of the best parties and clubs. And now, in 2011 he’s back in Germany to start a new tour. This event will be his first come back after having had many gigs all over South America during the past months.
Last but not least, the German captain of this night, Dirk Sid Eno, the boss of the renowned Electronic Love events will be the perfect host of this crazy event. He knows how to make you scream and jump, so you better come early to enjoy his finest set!
Also, a few lucky attendees will have the chance to receive an exclusive gift at the entrance, since Dilek Records will offer some of their amazing vinyl’s to the first who will arrive at the Bogen 5, to celebrate this unique night! Be ready for an extraordinary experience!
