Circle is about some fundamentalists. Quite the contrary: the Mannheimers wrote on their flag to continue pushing techno as a life elixir mix of electro, house, minimal and ambient, and all this without a lot of nostaligia. As master of the label night ceremonies, company chief Alex Flatner himself is on the decks and he knows exactly where the trip should go, especially considering his Circle label and hundreds of other projects (like Monoid or Gedankensport). He brings with him his label mates Christian Steinmüller and Dachshund (live!) from Switzerland. Support comes in the form of Berlin Jan Rudolph. In Tresor one of Europe's techno dinosaurs performs on the decks: Spain's Angela Molina is in the house and for those who take seriously to heart labels like Chain Reaction and Basic Channel, then this is not to be missed. Backed by resident S.Sic, this is called techno PURE.
