Going into uncharted territory, we meet in Kazan, with the rezident of the area, Fobos Hailey. With an unique sound, and great activity so far, he is for sure one to keep close, one with a vision to share. Blending the new with the old and classic, we love the sounds and rhythms of his tunes.
