Thread!!! delight Usernummer # 20005 verfasst Lopazz & Zarook /// Studiorevox Taperecordings Artist: Lopazz & Zarook Title: Studerevox Taperecordings Cat.: circle024-6 Label: Circle Music Format: Vinyl 12” , MP3 Style: Tech-House Lopazz, who had great Releases on Get Physical & Kompakt, as well with his labelmate Alex Flatner ("Make Up Your Mind") on Cocoon Recordings, joins forces with his buddy Zarook on Circle Music with this excellent 2 Tracker. Zarook, as well known for his releases on Lo-FI, Stereo or Italic and his famous UV-Klub (10 year anniversary in 2009 ).Both worked together already for the Credit Card Receipt Release by Lopazz on Get Physical. On the new Circle Release they are proving their Music abilities again with a unique sound. A - Samphop!: Firm beats, house-drumming and a strong dubby bass. Nice detroit chords,dusty sound design and vocals. These are the ingredients for the a-side. With this tight and dry production Lopazz and Zarook are making it very organic. This track lives and breaths the dirt of the dancefloor, emphasized by analog tape-recorded instruments. B - HollToll!: More technoid and darker than the a-side, 'HollToll!' takes it pure. The very intense percussion programming fits together with the well thought arrangement perfectly. There is nothing ones feel inclined to think this is too much. This track is a real peak time monster.
