About this record:

They develop a sophistication in suspense which is likewise devoted to the anthemic and the
euphoric. The title track has enough of both, so that one could confidently worship some god for two
weeks instead of further running to the next record store. The bass is keeping warm and cosy, like
fat gooseflesh.

Displaying a hormonally supercharged Westcoast flavour, "Ahck" washes out reduced club
techniques. This is intoxicated music! It is impossible to get straighter to the point - where
everybody collapses in the end, in the club. Emphasis and signalling are balanced, in fact on the
level of a benchmark one might only find using binoculars. A break that blows everything away, then
a robot sings while asleep and everybody gets to know their partners closer on the dance floor.
Could a track be more effective?
