Thread!!! netty Usernummer # 15403 verfasst Zu finden in Marcel's MySpace-Blog: http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendID=392186046&blogID=423447035 Hello friends, the cool guy's who organized the open-air at Cologne's Blücherpark (Cologne Summer Tunes) recorded the set, i've played there 3 weeks ago. You can download it here: DJ Set Marcel Janovsky @ Cologne Summertunes - Open Air 2008 It was 3 hours of great moments by Saturday afternoon. After 1 hour hot sun, a heavy rain came down, but nobody wanted to leave the place. Hundrets of crazy people were dancing in the rain as it could be their last party. The tent which was supposed to save equipment, records and mixer wasn..t safe to keep the rain away and all the gear was totally under water. By holding blankets and towels over turntables and mixer, 2 or 3 guy's permanently tried to safe the stuff from the water which was coming through the tent's ceiling. (Thanks guys - at least you safed the party). Any minute we were afraid of short-circuits, collapse of the tent of anything like this - drama everywhere. But everything went well at the end. Except the chance many people had a hard cold after the party and needed to visit the doctor the next Monday. You all are crazy! thanks you all for great moments! special thanks to my mum (she was dancing there and she is still young with 61 years!!) Marcel
