WHAT WE WANT:
A weekly, specialist show on Radio 1 showcasing the best in quality, forward thinking, Underground House Music. Each week the show would feature a different, internationally renowned guest DJ.

WHY WE WANT IT:
Recently there has been a noticeable resurgence of quality Underground House Music and events across the UK. Even here on the Internet the Underground House Community is making its mark with our Undergroundhouse.net website becoming the largest house music community and listening station on the net with full support of the music industry within just two years. All despite the fact that this music is often not considered mainstream enough for a regular national radio audience. This is all about giving proper exposure to quality, Underground House dj's artists and labels who have earned it with a consistent commitment to quality, forward thinking music. This isn't about what has the best PR or what is perceived to be popular; this is about the best in Underground House music getting the respect it deserves

someone did one of these for hard house and got a show after 5000 votes. I think with a bit of help from undergroundhouse.net we can beat that.
